He spearheads our specialist service - TugAdvise.com – dedicated to providing in-house / out-house legal assistance to salvage, deep sea and harbour tug, OSV and barge operators worldwide.Keith Harper, supported by Admiralty Manager Adrian Hand, is a Master Mariner and Admiralty solicitor who spent ten years as in-house counsel at a leading tug and salvage operator. He is a specialist in all aspects of the law concerning salvage and tug operations. He is also one of our casualty investigators. Martin Watson is our lead investigator. Having served at sea with command experience and re-qualified as a solicitor he went on to head up Kennedy’s marine insurance practice before joining our team. John Reeder QC and Michael Howard QC, both eminent barristers and former Lloyd’s (LOF) Arbitrators, provide advisory, tactical, drafting and advocacy support. They work hand in hand with our team bringing depth and also efficiencies to the service we provide to clients.
